    During this course, you will be doing a lot of self-reflection, so a journal and time set aside every morning and evening are essential. Depending on your microdosing substance, you may need to acquire additional tools like grinders, glass jars, etc.

    Setting a sincere intention before starting the course is imperative to keep the momentum going when things get difficult. Your commitment to that intention is what will drive you to finish the course.
